About Kerrily Jeffery & Family Dispute Resolution

I am based in the Albury Wodonga region and have been focussed solely on mediating children's and property matters for separated families since 2018.

I provide a facilitative form of mediation with a structured process to assist parties in reaching a mutually agreeable resolution.

 

I help parties explore their interests, needs and concerns and clarify these for the other party. I am neutral and do not advocate for either party.

 

My main objectives are to prioritise children's wellbeing, help preserve co-parenting and other family relationships, be cost-effective, time-efficient and allow parties to have control over the outcome.
