Terms and Conditions

Advertised fees are applicable to online or phone sessions. In person sessions in Albury are available at an approximate cost of $60 per party for intake appointments and $80 per party for three-hour mediations.

Mediation sessions that require more than three hours are billed at a cost of $150 per party per hour.

​Fees are payable in full 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. 

 

​Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations notified by email at least 48 hours prior to scheduled booking. Cancellations later than that are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled pending agreement from the mediator. 

​

​Requests for rescheduling without forfeit of deposit (as outlined above) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of the mediator.
